AFTERNOON IN WAIKIKI
SHAKA BRO
(graffiti in Kaka’ako area)
During this COVID-19 pandemic and lockdown time, I still remember my Sunday afternoons walking in Waikiki, just looking at people.
It was so relaxing and a “mind pleasure”. Now, I post some photos just to remember that time.
I like to mix Black-and-White and color images. I started to shoot BW in Waikiki because I got inspired by the photos of Alan Schaller, when he was visiting Honolulu. He posted on Instagram amazing BW photos, so I tried to follow him. He is one of my photography idols.
These are my photos:
The view
From the pier
Kids
The wall
Having fun
The fastest way to get the water
We came here to get wet. Is it right?
This is Waikiki !
Did you ever meet an unicorn? I did.
Waikiki life
Oh! Rain is coming.
Everybody was waiting this moment
Together for one reason
It’s time to go home
The iconic place of Waikiki
I told you my short story. My afternoon in Waikiki.
It was fun.
