GRAFFITI IN BRUSSELS
Graffiti is illegal in Belgium and artists have spent time in prison, but street art transforms Brussels into a gallery and open air museum. Using a wide range of techniques, artists reflect on a capital city in constant movement.
One night, I was walking to find some good shots in the dark of old Brussels.
I walked through the Central Station and I found this place.
It’s an open wall of approximately 650 SF accessible to everybody and located on the site of the Mont des Arts, under the arches. After a quick research, I found out that it’s the result of a collaboration between SQUARE Brussels Meeting Centre and DYNAMIC Art Collectif Association.
